A lot of people feel that now is the perfect time to buy. Others say it's a terrible time to buy. The reality is, it all depends on you, the type of home you are currently living in, what you are looking to purchase, where you would make your purchase, and the resources you have to put towards the purchase, including: time, money, and your real estate team.

We will go over the most important "prices" to focus on, and why. (Hint: it is not the purchase price! Although... the purchase price is very much connected to these other prices.)
